CDL-A OTR Cryogenic Tanker Driver — $95,000–$130,000/yr

This job is about hauling cryogenic liquids—liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon—to customer sites across the US. You'll run a rotation of three weeks on the road followed by one week home.

• $95,000 - $130,000 a year

Home time

• Typically 3 weeks on the road, 1 week home

• Travel may include overnights, weekends, and holidays based on customer demand

What you'll haul

• Liquid nitrogen (LIN), liquid oxygen (LOX), and liquid argon (LAR) in cryogenic tankers (CGA-341)

• Deliveries to production plants, depots, and customer facilities nationwide

What you'll do

• Operate cryogenic tankers safely under DOT, FMCSA, and company policy

• Load, unload, and transfer cryogenic liquids while avoiding overfills or contamination

• Complete pre/post-trip inspections, logs, and delivery paperwork

• Use proper PPE and follow CGA safety procedures

• Communicate with dispatch, plant operators, and customers

• Help troubleshoot basic trailer and equipment issues

• Take part in training to build cryogenic handling skills

Requirements

• CDL Class A with current HazMat (H) and Tanker (N) endorsements

• 0–2 years of cryogenic or bulk-liquid experience preferred

• Clean driving record (no major violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying conditions

• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
