CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Our company in Springfield, MO is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for solo over-the-road runs. This is a W2 position, and the company says solo drivers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $96,000 a year.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 to $0.73 CPM. The posting says the ELITE Bonus Performance Program adds up to 6 more CPM on top of the $0.67 base.

• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on-time delivery bonus and similar) typically adds another 5-7 CPM.

• The Elite Driver Program can add up to $7,400 a year on top of your other pay.

• Every mile is paid, address to address.

• Tenure raises of 1 CPM a year are guaranteed.

• Pay comes weekly, with a weekly minimum pay guarantee.
