CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/Year

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers for OTR runs, with solo drivers typically earning between $80,000 and $96,000 a year. All miles are paid door to door, and there's a bonus program for drivers who qualify.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.65 to $0.71 CPM

• Extra 5-7 CPM from accessorial pay (layovers, extra stops, breakdowns, on-time delivery bonus, etc.)

• Up to an extra $7,400 a year through the Elite Driver Program, on top of other pay

• Guaranteed 1 CPM raise each year based on tenure

• Paid weekly, with a weekly minimum pay guarantee

• Per diem program available

Home time

• Reliable, on-time home time

Requirements

• Valid Class A license

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience

• Applicants with a criminal record are welcome to apply
