CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $0.60–$0.85 CPM

Our company is looking for experienced, professional CDL-A drivers for over-the-road runs, open to both solo drivers and teams, working alongside their autonomous trucking technology on a dedicated lane between Georgia and California.

Pay

• Earn $0.60-$0.85 per mile, depending on weekly mileage, for both solo and team drivers

• All miles counted are paid based on odometer readings

• Expect to run 3,000-5,300+ miles weekly, solo or team

• Paid on a weekly basis, as a W-2 employee

Home time

• Plan on a minimum of three weeks on the road, with the option to stay out longer if you prefer

What you'll haul

• Long-haul freight on a dedicated round-trip route connecting Georgia and California

• You'll help operate and monitor the performance of the company's self-driving truck technology

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A, with 2 years of OTR experience preferred for solo drivers; for teams, at least one driver needs that experience

• A clean driving history

• Must pass a drug test

• Dependable, safety-first mindset

What you'll do

• Deliver freight on time and safely

• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Stay compliant with DOT rules

• Keep in touch with dispatch throughout your route

• Help run and evaluate the autonomous driving system, logging its daily performance
