CDL-A OTR & Regional Truck Driver — $23/Hour

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers in Houston, TX for either Over-the-Road solo or Regional routes, paying $23 per hour.

Pay

• $23 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit

• OTR drivers can expect roughly $1,600 a week depending on hours and overtime

• Overtime pay may apply depending on the role and hours worked

Home time

• OTR: out 5 days, home for 2 consecutive days, with dispatch typically Sunday or Monday

• Regional: choose from rotations such as 4 days on/4 off or 2 on/2 off, with shifts running about 13.5-14 hours and weekend work required

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, drop and hook, running hub-to-hub

• OTR drivers get an assigned 2026 Freightliner sleeper (no slip-seating), with amenities like a TV, microwave and fridge

• Regional equipment includes late-model Freightliner, Peterbilt and Volvo trucks

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL

• One year or more of CDL-A experience is preferred, though some roles may accept 3-6 months

• SAP-program applicants are welcome and reviewed individually

• Must have a clean driving record and meet DOT standards

• Should be reliable and able to handle the schedule and travel demands of the chosen position
