CDL-A OTR & Regional Tanker Driver — $100,000–$150,000/yr

Our company is looking for an OTR and regional tanker driver to haul freight nationwide, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You'll run both tanker and flatbed equipment and play a key role in keeping deliveries on schedule.

Pay

• $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year

What you'll haul

• Tanker and flatbed loads, covering both hazmat and non-hazmat freight

• Routes span OTR and regional lanes across the country

What you'll do

• Handle tractor-trailer combinations, including tanker and flatbed setups

• Load and unload cargo safely, securing it properly for transport

• Plan routes with GPS while staying compliant with DOT and FMCSA rules

• Move hazardous materials according to required safety regulations

• Keep logs, delivery paperwork and compliance records up to date

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks on trucks, trailers (including reefer units) and freight

• Stay in contact with dispatch about schedules, routing and any issues on the road

Requirements

• Valid CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements; a refrigerated trailer endorsement may also be needed

• Prior experience hauling hazardous materials or refrigerated freight

• Solid understanding of FMCSA and DOT rules, along with hazard communication and safety practices

• Comfortable navigating nationwide routes using GPS

• Able to load and unload freight by hand or with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks

• Background working with tanker, flatbed or other specialized trailer loading procedures

• Clean driving record; manual transmission experience preferred
