Local Delivery Van Driver — From $24.25/hr

Our company, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring delivery drivers in Asbury Park, NJ. You will drive a company van and bring Amazon packages to homes and businesses in Deal, Long Branch, Red Bank, Asbury Park and Tinton Falls. No CDL is needed.

Pay

• Starts at $24.25 per hour, depending on performance and experience

• Extra incentives and bonuses tied to performance, safety and quality

• Paid training, plus two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch

Schedule

• 3-4 days a week, with shifts usually beginning between 11am and noon

• You must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday

• Evenings and holidays may be required

What you'll do

• Drive the company van on your scheduled delivery route

• Load and unload packages, lifting up to 50 lbs

• Use the handheld device provided to navigate, scan packages and stay in touch with supervisors and customers

• Deliver to homes and businesses on time and safely, staying friendly with customers

• Keep the van clean and do basic checks

• Follow safety rules on and off the road, especially in poor weather

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid U.S. driver's license; CDL not required

• Able to push, pull, lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and work in all weather

• Must pass a drug test before starting

• Delivery experience is a plus but not needed
