About this job
Our company needs a night-shift line haul driver to run freight between service center terminals, Monday through Friday, with no routes into NYC. You'll be home every day after your shift.
Pay
- 78 cents per mile
- Annual pay range listed as $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule
- Overnight shifts, terminal to terminal
- Monday through Friday
- Home daily
What you'll haul
- Freight moved between our company service centers on set linehaul lanes
- Occasional customer pickup or delivery stops if your manager asks
- Run assignments can shift due to a bid process held about twice a year, with run selection based on seniority
Requirements
- At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Hazmat endorsement required
- Must follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations for pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
- Comfortable loading, unloading, and securing freight when needed, with or without dock help or equipment
- Willing to take part in random DOT drug testing
