About this job
Fortune East is hiring a National Linehaul Driver to run a set delivery route for the team. Depending on the route you're assigned, you'll either handle live loads or drop and hook trailers. A Class A CDL is required, and you should be willing to drive as part of a team.
What you'll do
- Complete deliveries on time along your assigned route
- Check your truck for mechanical issues before and during trips
- Keep an accurate driver's log
- Stay in touch with dispatch and fellow drivers
- Take on other tasks as needed
Requirements
- Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Open to team driving
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass a DOT physical and background check
