CDL-A Marine Division Driver — $0.67/Mile + $2,000 Hiring Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for its marine division, which moves new boats from manufacturers to dealers across the US and Canada. You start at $0.67 per mile, run about 2,000 miles a week and are out 14-21 days at a time, depending on location.

Pay

• Starting rate of $0.67 per mile, paid weekly

• $1,000 orientation pay with your first dispatch

• $2,000 hiring bonus

• $30 for each stop

• $100 per border crossing if you hold a passport or enhanced license

• $3,000 bonus for referring a driver

Home time

• Out 14-21 days, depending on your location

What you'll haul

• New pontoon boats, recreational boats and fishing boats, delivered direct from the manufacturer to dealerships in the US and Canada

Equipment

• Trucks are 3 years old or newer; the fleet averages 16 months

• Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia models with a refrigerator, leather interior, double curtain wrap, double bunks and built-in inverters

Requirements

• Age 22 or older

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least one year of OTR or regional Class A experience

• Steady work history and a clean driving record
