CDL-A LTL Delivery Driver — $24–$30.75/hr + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck delivering and picking up palletized LTL freight on local routes out of Grain Valley, MO. This full-time role comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and pays well above entry-level rates.

Pay

• $24.00 to $30.75 per hour, depending on experience

• Overtime paid at time and a half after 40 hours per week

• $10,000 sign-on bonus for CDL-A drivers

• Quarterly bonuses also offered

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, starting at 7:30 AM and running until the route is finished

• Expect 10 to 15 hours of overtime weekly

What you'll haul

• Palletized freight and large shipments picked up from shippers and delivered to customers

• May include loads such as hazardous materials, perishable food, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, or live animals

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record that meets company standards

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Comfortable driving manual transmission

• Doubles/triples endorsement required, or willingness to obtain one

• Strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and make quick decisions

• Able to pass a DOT physical and lift 50 lbs regularly, up to 100 lbs occasionally

• Full mobility needed for standing, squatting, climbing stairs, and similar tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspections and submit required paperwork, including mileage and maintenance logs

• Check that all load documents are accurate and complete

• Collect payment for shipments when needed and turn in bills of lading for billing

• Keep up with DOT certifications and company safety requirements

• Clean the outside of your tractor and equipment each day

• Help other drivers with loading or unloading when necessary
