CDL-A Local Truck Driver — Home Daily, $1,200–$1,500/wk

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run local routes out of Opelika, AL. You'll be home every day, with consistent freight and weekly paychecks. Both experienced drivers and qualified trainees can apply.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,200–$1,500

• On a 5-day schedule, expect $800–$1,200 per week

• On a 6-day schedule, expect $1,300–$1,550 per week

• Paid weekly

• Short-haul and stop pay available

Home time

• Home daily

Schedule

• Both day and night shifts offered

• Weekend work is required

• You may be asked to work holidays

What you'll haul

• Local runs starting in Opelika, with lanes to Atlanta, Birmingham, and South Georgia

• Roughly 1,200–1,800 miles a week

• Mix of live load/unload and drop-and-hook freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Open to both experienced drivers and trainees

• Must meet DOT and company qualification standards

• Clean, safe driving record

• Must live within about 40 miles of Opelika, AL
