CDL-A Local Intermodal Driver — Home Daily, $1,300–$1,500/wk

This local intermodal role has you hauling containers around the region and getting home every day. You'll run routes across NJ, PA, NY, CT, and MA, with a mix of preloaded trailers, live loads and unloads, and drop-and-hook work, most of it no-touch, and dispatch tries to keep you out of NYC when possible.

Pay

• Weekly wage range: $1,400.00 to $1,500.00

• Typical weekly earnings run $1,300 to $1,500, depending on the week

• Paid weekly

• Home every day

What you'll haul

• Intermodal containers on routes through NJ, PA, NY, CT, and MA

• Combination of preloaded trailers, live loads/unloads, and drop-and-hook

• Mostly no-touch freight

• Expect roughly 1,100 to 1,800 miles weekly

• Both day and night shifts available; work continues in bad weather unless roads become unsafe

• Working major holidays is optional

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Prior CDL-A driving experience required

• No endorsements needed

• Must live within 50 miles of Avenel, NJ (07001)

• Open to either day or night shifts

• Available to work weekends
