CDL-A Local Driver — Home Daily, $350–$400/day

Our company, a 3PL and transportation management company, needs a Class A driver for local and regional delivery runs. You'll be home every day with weekends off, running a dedicated route overnight on a 1099 basis.

Pay

• $350-$400 per day, depending on route

• Paid weekly

• Fuel card provided

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Shift starts at 10:00 pm and runs until the route is finished

• Home daily, with weekends off

What you'll do

• Drive your assigned truck safely and pick up loads, organizing freight logically

• Load and unload as needed, securing everything to avoid damage

• Get signatures or scans at each stop to confirm delivery

• Help plan routes and stick to your scheduled, dedicated path for on-time drops

• Check shipment contents against the manifest and do pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Review weather and road conditions before heading out, and keep dispatch and management informed of any issues

• Keep accurate ELD logs and report your hours, following all FMCSA and DOT rules and company policy

• Some partial scanning involved

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 18 months of verified driving experience

• Clean driving record, no moving violations

• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and Clearinghouse check

• Current DOT medical card

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Comfortable handling and parking a tractor-trailer, with strong spatial awareness

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and use equipment like electric lifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks

• Dependable, focused, and able to stay calm under pressure
