CDL-A Local Delivery Driver — Starting at $29.26/hr

Our company is hiring a local combination route driver in Irving, TX. You'll run a set delivery route to retailers, hand-unload product with a dolly or electric pallet jack, and stock shelves and coolers for customers. No prior experience needed, full training provided.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00am and running until the route wraps up

• Be ready to pick up extra hours or weekend shifts when the business needs it

• Routes stay local, no overnight runs

What the job is like

This is an active, hands-on role: expect to spend most of your shift lifting, pushing and pulling product cases rather than sitting behind the wheel. You'll be working directly with customers, so being personable and service-minded matters as much as your driving skills. Trucks used may include tractor-trailers, box trucks, trailers of various lengths with lift gates, and other delivery equipment.

Pay

• Starts at $29.26 per hour

• Increases to $30.84 per hour in the quarter following your 6-month work anniversary

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A)

• At least 21 years old

• Able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Must qualify for and keep a valid DOT driver file
