About this job
This is a lease-to-purchase owner-operator opportunity for experienced CDL-A container drivers based near Memphis, TN. You would run dedicated, no-touch intermodal freight out of the Memphis rail yard on regional lanes and be home daily or every other day, with weekends off.
Pay
- Posted pay is $3,500 - $4,000 a week; the posting also states average take-home of $1800+ a week after all deductions.
- The lease program has weekly truck payments starting at $250, a 24-month payoff and no hard credit check.
- No truck payment for your first two weeks.
Equipment and work
- 2020 or 2021 KW T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, covered by an all-inclusive bumper-to-bumper warranty.
- Dedicated intermodal container freight, drop and hook, no-touch.
- Plan on about 2600+ miles per week.
Requirements
- Valid CDL with 12 months of Class A experience.
- 12 months of container experience.
- You must live within 100 miles of Memphis, TN.
