CDL-A Hazmat Regional Driver — Home Weekends, Base + Mileage Pay

Our company is looking for a full-time CDL-A driver to run regional routes across Arkansas and nearby states, delivering animal health products to customers. You'll be out overnight occasionally but home every weekend.

Pay

• Base wage plus a mileage rate on top, so you earn even when delays slow you down

Home time

• Regional runs with occasional overnight stays, typically 1 to 2 nights a week

• Home every weekend

What you'll haul

• Animal health and poultry-market products, delivered daily to BVS customers

• Occasional backhauls

• Newer equipment, mostly daily routes with minimal overnight trips

Responsibilities

• Drive a semi-truck safely and legally, following state, DOT and FMCSA rules

• Load and secure freight correctly, including hazmat, and stay within weight limits

• Run pre- and post-trip inspections on tractor and trailer, reporting any issues

• Keep accurate paperwork: signed invoices, bills of lading, hazmat documents and electronic logs

• Coordinate weekly routes and schedules with the Warehouse Manager

• Work with the Transportation Manager on routine truck maintenance and report problems

• Treat customers professionally and represent the company well during deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with current medical card

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements

• Able to lift more than 50 lbs regularly

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years of relevant experience

• Comfortable spotting and addressing safety risks for yourself, coworkers and customers

• Willing to relocate to Siloam Springs, AR before starting

• Able to travel essentially full-time
