CDL-A Grad Truck Driver — Paid Mentor Training, $850/wk

10-4 Logistics is bringing on new CDL-A school graduates for its Eastern regional dry van fleet. You'll start with hands-on mentor training before moving into your own assigned truck.

Training phase

• Paid one-on-one mentorship to prepare you for regional freight

• Paid orientation included

• $850 per week during training, paid every Friday

• Training wraps up once you finish the mentor program and are cleared to drive solo

Pay once you're solo

• Expected earnings of $1,600-$1,800+ per week in your own assigned truck

• Performance and safety bonus opportunities

What you'll haul

• No-touch dry van freight on Eastern regional routes

Home time

• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 120 hours of instruction from an accredited CDL school

• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT and FMCSA standards
