CDL-A Frac Sand Driver — $1,000 Weekly Minimum Guarantee

Enterprise Transportation & Logistics LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A company drivers to haul frac sand across West Texas oilfield operations based out of Midland and Odessa. You'll run consistent oilfield freight with company-provided trucks and dispatch support behind you.

Pay

• Earn 25%–27% of gross linehaul revenue

• Typical weekly earnings range from $1,000 to $2,500 depending on productivity and load availability

• A $1,000 weekly minimum is guaranteed when work is available, subject to company policy

• Fuel card included

What you'll haul

• Frac sand delivered to active well sites and oilfield locations

• Likely equipment includes pneumatic, hopper, or belly dump trailers for bulk material

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Clean enough MVR to meet company standards

• Comfortable working on oilfield roads and uneven terrain near active sites

• Flexible availability to match operational demand

• Must satisfy DOT/FMCSA qualification standards

• Prior oilfield hauling experience a plus

What you'll do

• Safely deliver frac sand to designated sites

• Run DOT/FMCSA-compliant pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep accurate ELD logs, bills of lading, and delivery paperwork

• Stay in contact with dispatch on routes and schedules

• Follow site and company safety rules, and report any maintenance needs
