CDL-A Flatbed OTR Driver — Average $1,300/Week, Bi-Weekly Home Time

Swift Transportation is looking for OTR flatbed CDL-A drivers to run out of Phoenix, AZ. You'll get paid weekly, work a bi-weekly home time schedule, and new drivers are welcome since training is provided.

Pay

• Drivers average $1,300 per week

• Trip pay runs $0.48 to $0.61 per mile based on dispatched miles, depending on your route and verified experience

• Paychecks issued weekly

• Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving (terms apply - ask a recruiter for full details)

Home time

• Bi-weekly schedule

What you'll haul

• Flatbed freight across the Western US

Requirements

• Class A CDL, minimum age 21

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial motor vehicle under any federal, state or local rule

• At most 1 preventable on-road or DOT loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No conviction in the last 3 years for possessing, transporting or using Schedule 1 drugs while on duty

• Strong backing ability and comfort with flatbed securement gear and required PPE

• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
