CDL-A Flatbed/Lowboy Equipment Driver — $27.07–$40.59/hr

Our company is looking for a Class A CDL driver to move equipment and tools to and from job sites. You'll haul loads on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer through city streets, suburbs, rural roads and tight construction zones.

Pay

• $27.07 to $40.59 per hour, with the exact starting rate depending on things like the position, location, your education and your experience.

What you'll haul

• A mix of equipment, tools and supplies for customer job sites, mostly on flatbed/dovetail or RGN/lowboy trailers.

• You'll need to navigate safely in confined areas like active construction zones.

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean enough driving record to meet company standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, not mandatory.

• Experience with flatbed, RGN/lowboy or dovetail trailers, or similar commercial equipment, is a plus.

• You should be comfortable doing basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on equipment and vehicles in the field.

• A customer-focused attitude matters since you'll interact with clients at drop-off and pickup.

• The job involves physical work: bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, both indoors and outdoors.
