CDL-A Driver Training Program — Home Weekly

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers in Arizona, including recent truck driving school grads, for a paid training program running Central-East lanes. You'll get home weekly.

Pay

• Solo starts average $1,325.00-$1,436.00 per week

• Starting rate of $0.60-$0.70 CPM

• Drive to Thrive performance bonus of up to 3 CPM

• Short-haul loads pay a minimum of $100-$200 depending on mileage

• Paid orientation and paid training for recent grads and eligible new hires

Home time

• Weekly home time with a 34-hour restart

What you'll haul

• 100% no-touch freight, a mix of drop & hook and live unload

• Assigned trucks: late-model Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths

• Routes cover the Midwest and up to 6 Western States

• Typical weekly mileage of 2,500-3,000 miles

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• Recent CDL grads are welcome to apply

• At least 3 months of driving experience

• Must meet DOT qualifications
