CDL-A Dedicated Regional/OTR Reefer Driver — $1,800/wk Avg

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for dedicated OTR and regional reefer freight. Expect steady round-trip lanes, mostly drop-and-hook loads, and modern trucks.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,800

• Average annual earnings between $87,000 and $112,000

• CPM raises every 6 months

• $200 monthly bonus for safe driving

• Paid detention, layover, breakdown and chain time at competitive rates

What you'll haul

• Dedicated OTR and regional reefer freight

• Round-trip lanes averaging 3,200 miles per week

• 100% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook

Home time

You'll get home weekly if you live in or near Denver, CO; Greeley, CO; Cheyenne, WY; Salt Lake City, UT; Fernley, NV; Reno, NV; Oakland, CA; Sacramento, CA; the Bay Area, CA; Kingman, AZ; Albuquerque, NM; Amarillo, TX; Grand Island, NE; Guymon, OK; Dodge City, KS; or Liberal, KS.

Live elsewhere, and plan on being out 2-3 weeks before taking time off, with a week off available after that stretch if you want it.

• 2025-2026 Freightliner Cascadias

• Automatic transmission

• Bunk heater, inverter and refrigerator in every truck

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of CDL-A experience in the last 36 months

• Must have driven at least 2 months in the last 6 months

• Minimum age 23

• OTR and regional work only, no local routes

• No more than 1 serious violation in the past 3 years

• No more than 5 driving jobs in the past 2 years

• No more than 3 terminations in the past 5 years

• Must be safety-minded, reliable and ready for the demands of dedicated OTR/regional freight
