CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver — Home Weekly, Avg $1,500–$1,700/wk

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account running out of Mesa, AZ, with consistent freight and weekly home time. Note: the posting is labeled as entry-level but also requires 3 years of experience, so check with the recruiter before applying.

Pay

• Typical weekly earnings range from $1,500 to $1,700

• Top-performing experienced drivers can earn as much as $1,800 a week

• $220 paid per load

• $250 paid for unloading each load

• Up to an extra 3% weekly bonus for safe, on-time runs

Routes and freight

• Dedicated regional lanes based out of Phoenix, AZ

• Runs cover Arizona, Utah, and parts of Southern California

• About 3 loads expected per week

• Hauling dry freight in 53-foot trailers

• You'll help unload using roto carts and lift gates; some boxes weigh up to 50 lbs

Home time

• Home every week for your required 34-hour reset

• Days off typically land on weekdays, though your schedule can shift with freight volume

• Freight is steady and dedicated

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• 3 years of driving experience

• Must meet all DOT standards and have a clean, safe driving record

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Physically able to help unload trailers

• Comfortable with tight backing and maneuvering
