CDL-A Dedicated Regional Driver — Home Weekly, $0.60–$0.62/mi

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers to run dedicated regional routes out of Glendale, AZ, delivering dry van retail freight with weekly home time. New CDL grads and experienced drivers are both welcome; this role involves hands-on unloading at store locations.

Pay

• Mileage pay of $0.60–$0.62 per mile depending on experience, covering loaded miles

• Typical weekly mileage runs around 1,800 miles, putting average weekly earnings near $1,500 (range $1,400–$1,500 per week)

• Extra $100 per load for unloading, plus $25 for each additional stop

Home time

• Drivers are home every week

• Routes are mostly weekday deliveries with occasional weekend work, and some longer runs may bring you back Saturday evening

• Both day and night driving shifts are used depending on route assignment

• Local Arizona assignments may offer extra time at home during the week

What you'll haul

• Dedicated dry van freight for retail stores, with trailers preloaded and equipped with liftgates

• About 80% of the freight comes on RotoCarts, with the remaining 20% as loose boxes that need to be down-stacked

• You'll unload merchandise using rolling carts, with each stop typically taking 1–2 hours and some routes covering multiple store stops

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Open to recent CDL school graduates as well as experienced drivers

• No extra endorsements needed

• Must satisfy standard DOT qualification and safety rules

• Clean enough driving record to meet company standards

• Able to physically handle freight unloading, liftgates and rolling carts
