CDL-A Dedicated Driver, No Experience Needed — $78K-$88K + Sign-On

Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated, no-touch dry van run out of Tempe, AZ. No prior trucking experience is required since full training is provided from day one, and benefits start immediately.

Pay

• Annual pay runs $78,000-$88,400

• Weekly pay averages $1,500-$1,700

• Sign-on bonus of $2,000-$4,000

• Per-mile rate of $0.68-$0.70 depending on experience

Home time

• Runs on a 34-hour reset with dependable time at home

• Same lanes, same customers and the same weekly schedule

What you'll haul

• Dry van trailers on dedicated routes

• Freight is no-touch, so you're only responsible for driving

• Expect 2,500-3,000 miles per week on a 5- or 6-day schedule, with day and night shifts available

• Trucks are automatic, 2023 or newer, and well maintained

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving history, with no SAP program or DUI on record

• Must clear a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug test

On the job, you'll handle pre- and post-trip inspections, keep your ELD logs accurate, stay compliant with DOT and company safety rules, and keep dispatch updated on your progress.
