Our company, a FedEx Ground contracted carrier based in Farmington, NY, is hiring a solo CDL-A driver for a dedicated home-daily route.
Pay
- Paid $0.70 per mile plus $12 for each drop and hook
- Typical weekly earnings range from $1,600 to $2,100, based on roughly 2,300-2,400 miles per week
- Direct deposit every week, with a weekly guarantee in place
Routes
- Dedicated Albany run: Farmington, NY to Staples, then Syracuse, NY, then Albany, NY and back to Farmington, Monday through Friday, starting between 6-7pm
- Unassigned overnight run: Farmington to Syracuse and back, Monday through Saturday, averaging 1,900-2,300 miles weekly plus drop and hook pay
Home time
- You return home daily
Requirements
- Class A CDL and current DOT medical card
- Doubles endorsement
- Must pass a company-administered road test
- At least 21 years old
- A minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the past three years (background with FedEx, Western Express, Dollar General or Amazon is viewed favorably)
- No preventable accidents or serious violations over the last three years
- Clean record with no felonies or drug-related misdemeanors in the past decade, plus compliance with the FMCSA Clearinghouse and a DOT drug test
