CDL-A Company Driver — Dedicated, OTR or Regional Routes

Our company is looking for CDL-A company drivers and offers a wide range of route types and pay setups to match your goals. More than half of their drivers earn over $75,000 a year, and the top 25% bring in over $85,000.

Pay

• Top performers on dedicated routes can earn $90,000 to $100,000 a year

• Team drivers can each earn $60,000 to $85,000 or more annually

• Pay varies by route, location and experience; ask Werner for specifics

Home time

• Over 250 combinations of home time and pay to pick from

• Choose from daily, weekly, bi-weekly or tri-weekly time off

• Routes available as dedicated, OTR or regional, running solo, as a team or as a leader driver

What you'll haul

Werner runs a large supply chain network with varied freight, including refrigerated loads, giving drivers at every experience level a range of options. New drivers can also build experience riding with an experienced Leader Driver through Werner's Career Track Program.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 month (30 days) of commercial driving experience

• Clean enough driving record to meet DOT standards

• Able to do the core duties of the job, with or without accommodation

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen and company hair follicle test

• Positive references from previous employers
