About this job
Our company is hiring CDL drivers for OTR routes, with openings for both tractor-trailer and 26-ft box truck positions. Pay is based on a percentage of weekly gross truck revenue, and the company offers bonuses and travel support for drivers who stay out longer stretches.
Pay
- 20-25% of weekly gross truck revenue, depending on experience and position
- Paid weekly
- Bonus for drivers who complete 3 consecutive weeks on the road
Home time
- Preferred schedule is 3 weeks on the road, 1 week home
- Flexible scheduling may be discussed
What you'll haul
- CDL Class A tractor-trailer routes
- CDL Class B 26-ft box truck routes
- Extended OTR trips
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A or B, matching the position
- Experience operating the relevant equipment
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass DOT drug testing
- Reliable, professional, and able to communicate well with dispatch
- Willing to stay on the road for extended periods
