About this job
Our company LLC needs a CDL-A driver with bulk hauling experience to run local and regional routes in Brownwood, TX. You'll load, haul and unload bulk commodities while staying on top of DOT rules and company safety standards.

What you'll haul
- Bulk materials delivered to assigned sites on local and regional routes
- You'll load and unload using the right equipment and procedures, position trailers for the job, and secure every load properly
What you'll do
- Run trucks safely through city, state and highway traffic
- Weigh loads on truck scales and record the figures correctly
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks on your truck, trailer and gear
- Fill out delivery paperwork, weight tickets, logs and other required records
- Keep your truck and workspace clean and organized
- Bring loads back to the terminal and file the necessary reports
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Hands-on experience loading and unloading bulk materials
- Familiarity with truck scales and how to document weights
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Able to climb in and out of the truck and handle the physical demands of the job
- Dependable transportation and a solid attendance history
- Solid grasp of DOT rules and safe driving habits
