What you'll do

- Report any safety concerns, service problems, accidents, injuries or property damage to your Operations Manager or Dispatch right away.
- Flag service issues like blocked streets, overweight containers or hazards to Dispatch, and pass along customer requests.
- Follow your assigned route, complete end-of-shift paperwork and checkout steps, and help cover for other drivers when needed.
- Join required training sessions and meetings, and work with your Operations Manager on route efficiency and best practices.
- Follow WM's safety rules, plus OSHA, DOT and all applicable laws.
Requirements

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
