Box Truck Driver — $20–$25/hr, CDL Not Required

Our company is looking for a reliable box truck driver to handle deliveries across assigned routes. You'll be behind the wheel and also handling freight by hand, so this role suits someone comfortable with both driving and physical work.

Pay

• $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

What you'll do

• Drive a box truck on local and regional routes, following all traffic laws and DOT rules

• Load and unload freight by hand or with equipment like pallet jacks, using proper lifting technique

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Hand off deliveries directly to customers with clear, professional communication

• Use a mobile device to navigate routes and update delivery status

• Help out in the warehouse when needed, including moving and organizing inventory

• Keep accurate records of each delivery, such as receipts, load/unload logs and incident reports

Requirements

• Background in commercial driving, delivery or courier work, ideally with box trucks or vans

• Warehouse experience is a plus, including hands-on freight handling and equipment like pallet jacks

• Valid driver's license with a clean record; a CDL helps but isn't required for every position

• Familiarity with DOT rules, traffic laws and safe lifting/weight-handling practices

• Comfortable and confident driving a manual transmission

• Good communication skills for working with customers and coworkers

• Able to lift and move heavy items and handle extended periods of manual freight handling
