Box Truck Driver — $1,000–$1,500/Week

Our company in San Antonio, TX is looking for a box truck driver to handle freight deliveries on local and statewide routes. You'll run a box truck, keep cargo secure, and get shipments where they need to go on time.

Pay

• $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 per week

What you'll haul

• General freight by box truck, with occasional loads requiring hazardous materials handling

Responsibilities

• Drive in compliance with FMCSA and DOT rules

• Use GPS to plan and follow routes for local and statewide drop-offs

• Load and unload cargo, securing it properly, including dangerous goods when applicable

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Keep delivery logs and shipment paperwork current

• Stay in touch with dispatch to manage route changes or delivery problems

Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Familiarity with FMCSA/DOT rules and hazmat handling procedures

• Comfortable driving a manual transmission and using GPS tools

• Background in commercial truck or delivery driving, loading, and route work

• OTR or local delivery experience is a plus
