Box Truck Appliance Delivery & Install Driver — Mon–Fri, Year-Round Work

Our company is looking for an Appliance Install Driver to deliver and set up laundry machines and related equipment for homes and client sites in the Austin, TX area. You'll drive a box truck, handle hands-on installation work, and work a Monday through Friday schedule.

What you'll do

• Drive a box truck to bring washers, dryers, air machines and accessories (like card readers and digital upgrades) to customers and clients, and pick up or swap out equipment as needed

• Get machines ready before loading by putting together any needed parts

• Load and unload the truck using a two-wheeled hand cart

• Show customers and clients how to safely and properly use their new equipment

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Steady, year-round work with paid training included

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license

• At least 21 years old

• Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems

• Able to pass a pre-employment screening

• DOT certification is a plus

• About a year of experience in delivery or installation work is preferred, though training is provided

• Comfortable with mechanical and maintenance tasks

• Prior experience driving box trucks

• Able to lift as much as 100 lbs in various indoor and outdoor conditions

• Able to stand, bend, stoop, crouch and squat for extended periods

• Comfortable using computers and smartphones

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

• Route driving experience is a plus
