About this job
Our company, a transportation company with over 30 years in the industry, is hiring full-time AZ team truck drivers for open-board US runs out of Kitchener or Brampton. Both company drivers and owner operators are welcome to apply.
Pay
- $80,301.72-$100,000.00 per year
- Built on a mileage-based package plus extras
What you'll haul
- Open board freight running team lanes across Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and the US
Requirements
- Valid AZ License
- At least 2 years of verifiable AZ driving experience
- FAST Card
- Clean driver's abstract, CVOR and PSP record
- Clean criminal record
- Strong, professional work ethic
- Owner operators need a truck from 2020 or newer
Responsibilities
- Safely move freight across Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and the US
- Complete pre-trip inspections for safety and compliance
- Handle loading and unloading of freight
- Keep accurate hours-of-service and maintenance logs
- Follow traffic laws and company policy on the road
- Stay in communication with dispatch and your driving partner
