About this job
Our company is a growing Canadian refrigerated carrier running over 100 trucks and 250+ reefer trailers. They're hiring AZ team drivers for cross-border runs hauling food freight between Canada and the US.
Pay
- Up to $0.70 per mile on payroll, or $0.70 plus HST ($0.10), totaling $0.80 per mile for incorporated drivers
- Weekly direct deposit
- Paid time spent waiting, plus pay for extra drops
- Posted salary range of $100,000.00-$117,000.00 per year
What you'll haul
- Temperature-controlled freight for major food manufacturers and distributors
- Runs cover both Canadian and US routes, up to 5,500 miles weekly as a team
Equipment
- Trucks equipped with a fridge and microwave
- Backed by an in-house repair shop and on-site mechanics
Requirements
- At least 3 years of AZ (Class 1) driving experience
- Minimum age 25
- Clean record with no tickets or accidents, personal or commercial, in or outside Canada
- Reefer experience helpful but not mandatory
- English required
