About this job
Our company Inc. needs an AZ driver to run freight between Toronto and Montreal plus cross-border trips into the USA, including some one-night-out runs. Pay ranges from $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year.
What you'll haul
- Dry van and refrigerated trailers, keeping an eye on reefer temperatures along the way
Requirements
- Valid AZ licence
- At least 1 year behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR
- Able to travel into the USA for cross-border runs
- Comfortable with ELDs, hours-of-service rules, and inspections
- Dependable and safety-minded
What you'll do
- Run pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Keep logs and delivery paperwork in order
- Stay in touch with dispatch about pickups, drop-offs, and delays
