AZ Cross-Border Bulk Truck Driver — Assigned Truck, Paid Training

Our company, a bulk transport company under the TFI International Specialized Truckload group, needs experienced Class 1 (AZ) company drivers for its US service. You would work out of the La Prairie, Quebec or Cornwall, Ontario terminals on a permanent, full-time, year-round basis. Note: international recruitment and work permits are not available at this time.

Pay

• US $0.62 per mile for Northeast runs

• US $0.59 per mile for runs south of Pennsylvania

• $50.00 for loading, with 2 hours included

• $12.00 for each border crossing, with 2 hours included

• $50.00 for delivery, with 2 hours included

• $40.00 for trailer washouts, with 2 hours included

• Miles are calculated using dispatch software

What you'll haul

You'll run food-grade tank trailers across Ontario, Quebec, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and New York, with a mix of different loads and routes.

Schedule

Expect occasional weekend and nighttime runs as part of the regular rotation.

Requirements

• Class 1 (AZ) license and solid driving experience

• Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening

• Comfortable climbing ladders and stairs, and pulling 20-foot hoses to and from tanks

• Skilled at handling multi-axle trailers while staying within weight limits

• Solid knowledge of current hours-of-service rules

• FAST card is a plus but not mandatory
