Truck Driver — $37.00/hr, Bolton, ON

Our company in Bolton, ON is looking for a Truck Driver to handle deliveries on various routes, keeping shipments on schedule and freight handled safely.

What you'll do

• Drive heavy-duty trucks to drop-off points, following all traffic laws and safety rules

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Load and unload cargo, including heavy lifting and secure stacking

• Keep delivery logs, schedules and trip paperwork up to date

• Stay in contact with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery windows and sort out any problems

• Wear required protective gear during loading and unloading

• Watch for mechanical issues and report them right away

Requirements

• Valid CDL with a clean driving record

• Prior experience driving heavy trucks or similar large vehicles

• Able to lift heavy loads safely during loading and unloading

• Solid understanding of traffic laws, safety rules and route planning

• Good communication skills and a safety-first mindset

• Physical stamina for long hours on the road plus the physical work of handling freight

• Open to varied shift times, including early mornings or weekends when needed

Pay

$37.00 per hour, 35.0 to 40.0 hours per week expected.
