Truck Driver — $25.22–$30.37/hr

This driving role covers both local routes and longer over-the-road runs, hauling freight that can include refrigerated goods, flatbed loads, tanker cargo, vehicles, or hazardous materials when you're certified to carry them. Pay runs $25.22–$30.37 an hour, with expected hours between 20 and 34 per week.

What you'll do

• Drive assigned local and OTR routes, following dispatch directions and traffic laws

• Check your truck and trailer before and after each trip, noting any mechanical issues

• Load, unload, and secure freight by hand using proper safety methods

• Haul vehicles or other specialized freight, including hazmat loads when you're authorized to do so

• Stay compliant with DOT and FMCSA rules, including those covering hazardous materials

Requirements

• A valid commercial license matching the equipment you'll operate

• Comfort driving commercial trucks, including manual transmissions

• Skill with GPS routing and planning deliveries

• Working knowledge of freight securement and DOT/FMCSA/hazmat rules

• A plus if you've driven OTR routes before, handled dangerous goods, or worked with reefers, flatbeds, tankers, or car-hauling equipment

Pay

• $25.22 to $30.37 per hour

• Scheduled for roughly 20 to 34 hours weekly
