Truck Driver — $2,100–$2,700/Week

This is a truck driver role with our company in Lake Forest, CA. You will run local delivery and over-the-road routes in tractor-trailers and other commercial trucks, with equipment varying by operational need. Safe driving and careful cargo handling are central to the job.

Pay

• $2,100.00 - $2,700.00 per week

What you'll haul

• General freight

• Depending on assignment, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers or automobile transport

• Hazardous materials or dangerous goods only when assigned and properly qualified

What you'll do

• Follow assigned delivery and route schedules, using GPS and adjusting safely when needed

• Check your vehicle and equipment before, during and after each trip, and report any defects

• Keep accurate trip and delivery records

• Load, unload and secure freight using safe lifting and handling methods

Requirements

• A valid commercial driver's license that fits the vehicle and cargo you are assigned

• A safe driving record

• Experience in commercial truck driving, commercial driving or delivery driving

• Manual transmission skills where the truck requires it

• Working knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules, including hazmat rules for regulated cargo

Nice to have

• OTR route experience and logistics cargo handling

• Time on refrigerated, flatbed, tanker, auto-transport or hazmat freight
