V & V Brothers Inc. is hiring CDL-A company drivers for over-the-road work pulling dry van, power-only and Amazon Relay freight. You are paid weekly by direct deposit, with bonuses on top.
Pay
- Mileage plan: $0.75 per mile, with the final rate depending on your experience, performance and loyalty program eligibility. All miles are paid, loaded and empty.
- Percentage plan: 25%–28% of gross revenue, depending on the pay plan you agree to.
- Advertised weekly earning potential is $3,100–$3,700, depending on miles, loads and pay structure.
- Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses, plus extra bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections.
- Refer a qualifying driver and earn $500–$1,000, under the program terms.
Home time
- Expect roughly 22–25 days out, then 5–6 days at home.
- Routes are planned with your home time in mind.
- Runs cover all 48 contiguous states.
Equipment
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadia trucks with automatic transmission.
- In-cab refrigerator.
Requirements
- A valid CDL-A.
