Team OTR Truck Driver — CDL Training Provided, Up to $80K Year 1

Our company is looking for people to train as team OTR truck drivers, no CDL or prior experience required. You'll go through local CDL training, then hit the road on a regional or coast-to-coast team run.

Pay

• Starting split pay of $0.68 per mile

• Potential to earn up to $80,000 in your first year, depending on miles run and performance

• $7,500 team sign-on bonus, split between drivers

• Monthly team safety bonus on top of base pay: +$0.03 CPM per driver at 19,000-20,999 miles, +$0.05 CPM at 21,000-23,999 miles, and +$0.07 CPM at 24,000 or more miles

• Possible yearly raise of $0.02-$0.04 CPM tied to safety and performance

Home time

• Choice of super regional lanes (excluding the far northeast) or runs stretching from the west coast to the east coast

• Typical pattern is 10 to 14 days out followed by 2 to 3 days home

• Some locations offer weekend home time depending on where you're hired from

Training

• No CDL on file? You'll be trained from scratch, starting with local instruction before moving to OTR runs

• Orientation runs 3 days in Richland, MS, and pays $320, with travel, lodging and meals covered

• From there you'll spend 175 hours riding with a trainer on the road, earning $90 a day during this phase

• The program is built to walk you step by step into a long-term OTR driving career

Equipment

• You'll run in late-model trucks, no more than 4 years old

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• A valid driver's license is required, but a CDL is not

• Must be able to clear a DOT physical and a drug test
