Team OTR Truck Driver — CDL Training Provided, Up to $80K Year 1

Kick off a truck driving career as part of a team, even without a CDL. Our company trains you locally, then puts you on the road OTR with a partner. First-year earnings can reach $80,000 depending on miles and performance.

Pay

• Starting rate of $0.68 per mile, split between the two team drivers

• Team sign-on bonus of $7,500, split between partners

• Monthly team safety bonus per driver: +$0.03 CPM for 19,000-20,999 miles, +$0.05 CPM for 21,000-23,999 miles, +$0.07 CPM for 24,000+ miles

• Possible yearly raise of $0.02-$0.04 CPM tied to safety and performance

• Orientation pays $320 plus covered travel, hotel and meals

• OTR training pays $90 per day over 175 hours riding with a trainer

Home time

• Super Regional lanes running coast to coast, avoiding the far northeast

• Typically out 10-14 days with 2-3 days home afterward

• Some areas offer weekend home time depending on where you're hired

Training

• No CDL or driving experience required to apply

• Local CDL instruction before you head out on the road

• Orientation runs 3 days in Richland, MS

• Follow-up OTR training gives you 175 hours alongside an experienced trainer to prepare you for the job

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Valid driver's license (CDL not needed to apply)

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test

• Clean enough driving history to qualify
