Team CDL-A Truck Driver — $2,372/Driver Weekly, Home 1 Week a Month

Ruan is looking for CDL-A team drivers to run a dedicated Target account based out of the Cedar Falls, IA area. The freight is no-touch, and you'll run with your teammate in a newer sleeper tractor.

Pay

• $0.86 per mile, split between the team, for all miles driven

• $33 per stop, split between the team

• Teams typically average 5,000+ miles a week

• That works out to about $4,744 per team each week, or $2,372 per driver

• An additional $50 weekly Safety and Permeance Bonus for each driver

Schedule and home time

You'll be out on the road for three to four weeks at a stretch, then get a full week at home. Current rotations run either Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday.

Equipment and freight

You'll drive a 2025 or newer sleeper cab equipped with a power inverter and double bunk. All freight on this account is no-touch.

Requirements

• At least 22 years old

• No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some exceptions may apply)

• No more than one preventable DOT-recordable accident in the past three years

• At least 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years

• Able to read and speak English well enough to talk with the public, understand road signs and signals, answer official questions, and fill out reports and records

• Must set up a profile with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse before you can be hired
