Pay
- Paid per mile at $0.48-$0.58, plus activity-based incentives
- Average weekly earnings reported at $1,826.92, averaging about $95,000 a year
- $5,000 bonus plan and safety bonus opportunities
- Extra pay types include $80 per occurrence for Central Oregon runs, $20/hour detention pay, $200/day for holidays and new hire training, $300-$350/day outsource rate, $20/hour safety training pay, and $30 per stop
Home time
Drivers get frequent time at home while running a consistent, single-customer route.
Requirements
