CDL-A Driver — $30–$35/hr, OR/WA Routes

Our company is looking for a dependable CDL-A driver to haul drayage and over-the-road freight through Oregon and Washington, with occasional runs into Idaho. You'll handle various freight types, including refrigerated loads, while keeping deliveries on schedule and in full compliance with safety rules.

Pay

• $30.00 to $35.00 per hour

• Expected 40 hours per week

Routes

• Regular lanes covering Oregon and Washington

• Occasional trips into Idaho

What you'll haul

• Freight of all kinds, including refrigerated goods

What you'll do

• Drive tractor-trailers safely under FMCSA and DOT rules

• Plan efficient routes with GPS, watching for traffic and road hazards

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to catch maintenance or safety concerns

• Keep accurate logs of hours, deliveries, inspections and cargo paperwork

• Handle loading and unloading procedures and provide good service at pickups and drop-offs

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving history

• At least 2 years of driving experience

• TWIC card preferred, or willingness to obtain one

• Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations

• Comfortable using GPS and planning delivery routes

• Solid grasp of cargo handling and loading/unloading practices

Work setting

• In-person role
