Seasonal Part-Time Courier Driver — $23.28/hr, Home Daily

Our company needs a seasonal courier in Cambridge, ON to cover local deliveries for up to 12 weeks. You'll run an assigned route and be back home every day once your shift wraps up.

Pay

• $23.28/hr

Schedule

• Part-time, seasonal position, up to 12 weeks

• Sunday through Thursday (Sunday starts at 0900, Monday start time varies, Tuesday-Thursday runs 0830-1700)

• You're home every day, no overnights

What you'll do

• Handle pickups and drop-offs along your route

• Confirm packages are labeled correctly and meet FedEx's shipping requirements

• Load the van yourself and map out your stops for an efficient run

• Work with dispatch software and electronic tracking tools

• Field customer questions about FedEx's services

• Depending on your location and volume, you may also pitch in loading or unloading aircraft or containers

Requirements

• Full G license or an equivalent

• High school diploma or GED

• No prior driving experience needed, though a customer service background is a plus

• No more than two accidents or violations on your record over the last 24 months

• You'll need to clear a driving test and an interview
