Seasonal DZ Plow Crew Leader — $27–$33/hr

Our company is hiring a Winter Plow Operator and Crew Leader to run a two-person plow crew across Southern Ontario and the GTA this winter season. You'll be hands-on operating plow trucks and salters while also managing your Operator, client relationships on site, and compliance paperwork.

Pay

• $27-$33 per hour, based on experience

• Paid hours for callouts and storm shifts

Home time

Full seasonal work from November to April, weather dependent. The plow vehicle typically stays with you at home, and you'll pick up your Operator on the way to site.

What you'll haul

• Plow trucks, salt spreaders, and related equipment like snow blowers, loaders, tractors, or skid steers

• Manual work including shovelling, walkway clearing, and salting

Requirements

• Valid Ontario Class G and DZ (air brakes) licence with a clean driving record

• 4 years of commercial snow plowing experience

• 2+ years leading a small crew

• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in cold, wet winter conditions

• A cell phone with data

• Legally entitled to work in Canada
