Seasonal Delivery Van Driver — $23.25/hr, No CDL Needed

This is a seasonal delivery driving role in Richmond, VA for the holiday rush, running from October 20th through mid-January, with a chance to continue afterward. The company is small and family-run, offering steady daytime hours and a supportive team culture.

Pay

• Starts at $23.25 per hour, paid every two weeks

• Full-time roles run about 40 hours a week across 5 nine-hour shifts; part-time is available too

• Eligible for performance bonuses and incentives

Schedule

• Daytime shifts only, keeping evenings and weekends free

• Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break each shift

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a company-provided van to deliver packages along an assigned route

• No CDL is required for this vehicle

• Expect an active shift with frequent loading, unloading and walking

• A handheld device handles your GPS routing, package scans, time tracking and team messages

• You may occasionally help a teammate finish their route

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid US driver's license

• Legally authorized to work in the US

• Able to communicate in English, spoken and written

• Pass a 4-panel drug test (marijuana not tested)

• Clean driving history and ability to pass a background check
